SEVILLE

PALACE

MAIN POST AND TELEGRAPH OFFICE

The Communications Palace in Seville opened in 1927, during the urban expansion driven by the Ibero-American Exposition of 1929.

The project was designed by Madrid architects Joaquín Otamendi Machimbarrena and Luis Lozano.

The building reflects Seville’s growth during the first decades of the 20th century and reflects the desire to give the city representative institutional architecture, in keeping with the importance of postal communications at the time. paragraph
