CROSSED GAZES

The moment two gazes meet.

Crossed Glances is a photographic series exploring the fleeting encounter between the photographer and a passerby. By using movement during the exposure, the surroundings become a flow of time, while one gaze remains fixed, creating a direct connection with the person viewing the image.

The series reflects on presence and anonymity in public space. Amid the city’s constant flow, each photograph pauses an unrepeatable moment in which two paths cross and movement paradoxically reveals a person’s identity.
